MEDITATIONS - for Office Space - Workspace
Got 10 or 15 Minutes - (during a lunch or tea break? - forget the Power Nap) - here's a technique much much more Powerful! 
'AIR' / 'WIND'

Air / Wind is one of the Five Rejuvenating Elements - because it is a 'natural element' - in its pure state, it is often associated with the 'freedom,' 'peace' and 'tranquility' - inducing a 'calm' and 'tranquil' state.   This is fundamental to mental, emotional and physical wellbeing.  Thus - Air / Wind as an 'idea,' operates on all Planes of Existence.

In this Meditation - we shall use Air / Wind in its 'calming' / 'soothing' aspect.

'TECHNIQUE'

1. Sit at your desk or table and just make sure you're comfortable - adopting the ISIS Meditation position - feet together - hands on lap - back straight - head upright (imagine the top of your head is touching the ceiling.)

2. Then move forward - placing your arms palm down - left palm on top of right - turn your head to one side (either left or right) - then gently rest your head on your hands (I am sure most of you are familiar with this position - a most relaxing and most natural one.)

3.  This is a very relaxing position - and you normally associate it with 'sleeping' - we are now going to add some POWER! - to that sleep - since sleep is a 'nuanced form' of Meditation. 

'THE POWER'

4. The Power will come from 'Nature' - in particular the 'Sounds Of Nature' (SON).  The Power in the technique is through the use of your 'Mind.'  The healing energies you experience, are directed by your 'Mind.'  To pursue this topic in further detail - please click the following link - click here

'METHOD'

5. Click the button below - and you will hear the natural sounds of 'Waving Grass in The Strong Wind' (you can use headphones to increase intensity.)

6. Whilst in your Meditation position (described above) declare the following intention:

"I INTEND AND DECLARE TO SPEND SOME TIME WITH MOTHER EARTH - NATURE 10 - 15 MINUTES, WHICH IS MY RIGHT - THANK YOU."

7. There - it is done.  10 -15 minutes in your own time (or more if you are able - as long as you feel comfortable) - no one can begrudge you that!

'MIND'

As you are in this position - enjoying Nature's sweet sounds - clearly hear and feel the natural vibrant sound of the Waving Grass in The Strong Wind - 'Powerful' and 'strong' - feel the energies of the Wind - 'reinvigorating' and 'energising.'  Feel the Wind  - forcefully 'blowing' through your Being / body - 'deeply cleansing' and 'purifying' your entire Being / body - of any dense or negative energies, emotions and thoughts.  Feel the POWER! - as the Wind blows - 'strengthening' and 'replenishing' your entire Being / body with pure LIFE FORCE ENERGY.  Allow your Being / body to absorb the 'LIFE GIVING' energies of the Strong Wind - allow these Powerful and natural energies to - encompass you - cleanse you - reform you - gone is the 'grit' and 'grime' of everyday life.  Relax - and take in all of this natural - organic sound.

You hear;

​​

a) the STRONG WIND - RESONANT SOUND - cleansing and purifying your physical, emotional and mental planes.

​​

b) the STRONG WIND - RESONANT SOUND - blowing away all of the physical, emotional and mental debris / rubbish of your life.

​​

c) the STRONG WIND - RESONANT SOUND - 'reinvigorating' each and every individual cell of your body with POWER! and STRENGTH! - They are instantly! 'Refreshed,' 'Rejuvenated' - 'Energised' - 'Transformed' - they become MORE ALIVE! - Each and every cell of your Being sparkles like a 'glorious' and 'precious' diamond!

'HEALING ASPECT'

If you are suffering from respiratory symptoms, shortness of breath, heart and cardiac problems - and general respiratory problems - just imagine this powerful healing wind - breezing through your lungs - clearing any 'organic clutter,' 'waste,' 'poisons' and 'toxins' (hold that thought, clearly in your mind) - then imagine this powerful healing wind - flowing POWERFULLY and VIGOROUSLY - through your throat / windpipe, lungs and heart - and coursing through your blood stream and your entire respiratory system.  Take a deep breath in - hold it for 5 seconds or less - and breath out deeply for 5 seconds or less - repeat 3 times - repeat this exercise with or without sounds, whenever you feel the need through out the day.

Following this 10-15 minute Meditation (or longer if you choose) you shall feel:

1. Physically strengthened

2. Emotionally empowered and balanced

3. Mentally secure - sharp and alert!
